These terms and conditions apply the usage of simonaflorea.art and simonaflorea.com and to all orders placed by the client with Simona Florea Art at; simonaflorea.art, by placing your order you enter into an agreement with us and accept our terms & conditions.

Payment
Credit cards:
We accept Visa, Mastercard through our partner Stripe or Klarna. The payment goes via a secure and safe connection. All transactions are sent via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and are encrypted. We use the latest security technique for card transactions online. They are 3D secure.
By using Stripe or Klarna and their partners you accept and agree to their terms and conditions.
Currency & Prices
All our prices are in SEK (Swedish krona) or Euro. The prices of the products are as specified on our website (vat included) and Simona Florea Art reserves us the right to modify these at any time.
Vat is included in the price. We have the right to change the prices.
Simona Florea Art does not take responsibility for any currency fluctuation.
Shipping costs and customs duties are not included in the price.

Simona Florea Art reserves all the intellectual property rights connected to all and any part of this website, also any act of reproduction, distribution or public disclosure is expressly forbidden.
All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, is the property of Simona Florea Art and protected by international copyright laws.
Swedish legislation shall be applicable to any action taken on our website as well as any purchase made over this, settlement of any disagreement being subject to the Swedish court.
Delivery
Delivery times given at any time by Simona Florea Art will always be informative and guidelines, not being binding.
The delivery of your order will be made to the address placed in your order, if for some reason the delivery is delayed, we’ll inform you as soon as possible, we will also inform you should any article is unavailable.
We will not be liable for any non-compliance or delay on the grounds of force majeure, understanding force majeure to mean any act, event, omission or accident which is beyond our reasonable control.
Simona Florea Art will not be liable either for the acts of the courier companies that it uses for making the delivery of its products at any time.
If the delivery is delayed or can’t be delivered due to out of stock or any other reason the client will be informed as soon as possible and at the latest 30 days from the purchase. The client can then either cancel the order or get a refund with no extra charge.
Simona Florea Art does not take responsibility if the client does not fetch the package. The client will pay for return fees and other costs in order to return the product to our stock.
Custom
With international deliveries, custom fees and taxes can be added. This is decided when it enters the country of delivery. Simona Florea Art can’t foresee or take any responsibility for this. It is up to the client to pay the custom.
Integrity policies
Simona Florea Art does not allow any third-party to use or take part of your personal information without your consent. You have the right to view your personal information when you want to. We do take responsibility that we do not send any of your information forward. If your personal information is wrong or not completed, you have the right to have them changed but it is on your responsibility to inform us. These terms and conditions and your usage of simonaflorea.art will regulate and be applicable in according to the ‘svensk materiell lag’. By using simonaflorea.art you accept this and are aware if you don’t abide by these conditions then there could be lawful action taken.
