Refund Policy 

Returns are of course possible. If You need to return your painting/print, please let me know within 14 days of receipt. A refund can and will be made upon delivery of painting/print in the original condition. The buyer is responsible for full return shipping (S&H) costs, insurance, and any other costs. Please note that Custom or personalized orders can't be returned or exchanged.

Simona Florea Art doesn’t take responsibility for mistakes made by the client as an address or any other contact info.

If a customer made an order that they wish to return, the customer is liable to pay for the return fees and any other fee where possible due to the return of the product.

If a product is having any flaws or defects you must immediately inform Simona Florea Art about this by sending an email to hello@simonaflora.art in order for us to be able to manage the incident as soon as possible. In these cases, we will be liable for the shipping costs.

We will only refund or replace products that are in the original condition as shipped.

The customer has 14 working days from reception of the product to make use of its right to cancel and be able to return the article that has been purchased from simonaflorea.art

Before returning any products, the customer must get in touch with us, so we can provide the information and documents required to go through with the return. Otherwise, we can’t give any service that could be needed.

If the return is made without any agreements with simonaflorea.art the customer will be liable for the return expenses.

The refund will be made within 30 days from the date on when we accepted the return.
